What this service does

We help you find and reserve a room near Thirunallar, Velankanni and Karaikal, including through an AI assistant. We act as a booking platform: the stay itself is provided by the hotel, and your accommodation contract is with them.

Who can book

You must be 18 or over. By booking you confirm that you are, and that the details you give us are accurate — particularly the mobile number, since it is what you will need to look up or cancel the booking.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are the room charge payable at the hotel. Availability is read live from our inventory at the moment you search; a room is only held once you have a booking ID. Where we show a number of rooms remaining, it is the real count for the dates shown — we do not invent scarcity.

Applicable taxes are confirmed by the hotel. We do not quote a tax figure we have not calculated.

Using the AI assistant

The assistant books only what you confirm, and every price and availability figure it shows comes from our database rather than from the model. It can still misunderstand you — please check the details it reads back before confirming. If it is unavailable, a plain booking form is provided instead.

Cancellation

Free, and self-service, using your booking ID and phone number. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not make bookings you do not intend to use, attempt to overwhelm the service, or try to access other people's bookings. We apply rate limits, and we may decline or cancel bookings that appear abusive.

Our responsibility

We take care to keep availability, prices and confirmations accurate. We are not responsible for the condition of the property, the conduct of the hotel, or events outside our control. Where we are at fault, our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking.

Covered by our Privacy Policy, including how to access, correct or erase what we hold.

Complaints and governing law

Contact our Grievance Officer first — acknowledged within 48 hours, resolved within one month. These terms are governed by Indian law, with courts at Karaikal, Puducherry having jurisdiction.
